Belbroughton Dog Training Club, have very kindly donated £1055 to the Friends of Alfie Johnson fund.
Dog trainer Brenda Head:
"Paul and Vickie have been bringing their dog, Max to our club for almost 3 years now, and are a wonderful couple. After Alfie was born we were all devasted at the news that he had been left severley brain damaged, but when we saw Alfie's story in the Express and Star recently we felt that we had to help in anyway we could. At our club, we donate money each year to help buy hearing dogs for the deaf, which costs £1000. After discussing with the members of the club, we wanted to donate what funds we had to help Alfie, which amassed to £1055. We hope that the money will help to buy equipment to enhance Alfie's life. He is a very special little boy, who we all love very much".
The Friends of Alfie Johnson are very grateful for the generosity of all the members at Belbroughton Dog Training Club.
Thank you
