Max and Alfie at Pens Meadow School

Max is a lively boy with  diagnosis of autism, high functioning anxiety and challenging behaviour.  Both his Mum and his school (Pens Meadow) and his Mum work hard to ensure that Max lives and plays in the community. However Max needs to be taken out in a buggy because he has no sense or awareness of danger and would run into the road.

We were delighted to be able to present Max with a brand new special needs buggy to replace the one that he had grown out of. Hopefully this will keep him safe in his travels and make it easier for his Mum to maintain his connection with the community.

Thank you to everybody who has allowed us to make this happen. We could not do it without you.

With love and thanks.
