Helping Children With Disabilities

Image description

Our charity is solely committed to helping children with disabilities in the Dudley, Sandwell and Wolverhampton Borough’s of the Black Country.

Over the years we have helped many children and their families by purchasing specialist equipment and funding services to enhance the quality of their lives.  All of this is possible through the fantastic support we get for our fundraising events and the kind donations of so many kind-hearted people.

If you are a parent or carer of a child with disabilities and could benefit from our help then fill in our application form  today. If you know a child with disabilities who needs some support tell them about our charity.

Thank you.

Fundraising And Donations

Last year’s Summer Ball raised £16,000 towards helping disabled children around the Black Country.  Join us for a really fun night of eating, drinking and being merry. Tickets sell out very quickly so contact us about reserving your places today.

You could join Team Alfie when we take part in the annual Greal Midlands Fun Run. More details soon.

Many people help us every year by taking part in fundraising activities (including long-distance walks, marathons and even cross-channel swims) on our behalf.

You can help us directly by making a donation via our Virgin Money Giving page, and take comfort in the fact that your kindness helps make a difference to children living with disability.

CHARITY UPDATE - 27th July 2020

Dear Friends,

Due to all of our fundraising events being cancelled for 2020, through the on-going Coronavirus situation, all funding applications are currently suspended, due to a funding shortfall.

We hope this will be a temporary measure.

With love and thanks

Friends of Alfie Johnson
