On Sunday the 31st October, we held the Friends of Alfie Johnson Halloween Night at The Riverrooms in Stourbridge. More than 100 people had a spooktacular night of fun, with some fantastic costumes on display.
A disco got the evening off to a flying start to get the party started. A prize raffle and Best Dressed Boy & Ghoul contest also took place with the winners getting a ticket for 2 to next year's Summer Ball at The Copthorne Hotel on the 24th June 2011.
The evening was rounded off by a show stopping performance by top Robbie Williams tribute act, Ollie Hughes, which went down a storm with the crowd.
We would like to thank everyone who attended our event in support of Alfie and to everyone who donated prizes and purchased raffle tickets. The money raised will allow us to continue the positive work we do in Making a difference to a wonderful little boys life.
A special thank you to the following who kindly donated prizes for our raffle:
West Midlands Safari Park
Black country Living Museum
Portraits by Hart, Lye
Our next main event will be the Friends of Alfie Johnson Summer Ball at The Copthorne Hotel, Merry Hill. June 24th, 2011. We look forward to seeing you there.
