Friends of Alfie make a difference
February 2009 has seen the launch of the Friends of Alfie Johnson. Our sole aim is to provide Alfie with the essential equipment and services that will enhance the quality of his life.
Through fund-raising events and the generosity of others, we are confident that we will be able to give this wonderful little boy a helping hand throughout his life, after such a difficult start.
We look forward to a successful year and hope that you all enjoy our journey in Making a Difference.

Fire fighters 'Watch' over Alfie
We are pround to announce our association with White Watch - Brierley Hill Firestation who are sponsoring Alfie for the next 12 months.
White Watch will be holding a number of fund-raising events over the next 12 months with money raised by them being donated to the Friends of Alfie Johnson fund.
The fund-raising kicks off in March when Brierley Hill Fire Station will be holding two charity car washes on 1st and 8th March.
The Friends of Alfie Johnson would like thank all of those involved for all of the support and effort they have given Alfie and for their help in enhancing Alfie's life
Keith 'Cheggers' Chegwin lends his support
Top TV personality, Keith 'Cheggers' Chegwin, spoke to Alfie's dad, Paul, in February and was happy to support the work of the Friends of Alfie Johnson organisation.
He had this to say:
"I think the Friends of Alfie Johnson is a fantastic cause, and fully support the work of everyone involved. I wish little Alfie and his family all the best for the future. Wey Hey !!"
